1. Who we are

[LEGAL NAME] OÜ, Estonian company no. [REGISTRATION], with address at [ADDRESS] ("Tempora", provisional trade name). Contact: [EMAIL].

2. What you buy

The "Founding Member" spot for your area at €149 (taxes included, if any) includes, once the service launches in your area: (a) a full contract package (worth €89); (b) a 20% lifetime discount on current rates; (c) priority access and onboarding; (d) a direct channel to the founder. It is not an investment or a stake; it is a prepayment of services with benefits.

3. When it launches

The closed Spain pilot does not expand until 60 paid founding seats, local legal validation (signed partner law firm for CAT/MAD/VAL/AND) and one end-to-end PM pilot are complete. The indicative date is communicated by email; if the pilot does not launch before [DEADLINE, e.g. 12 months from payment], we automatically refund the full amount.

4. Refund and withdrawal

In addition to the 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumer law), you can request a full refund at any time before your area launches, no reason needed, by writing to [EMAIL]. Refund period: 14 calendar days, to the same payment method (Stripe).

5. After launch

The included package expires 12 months after your area launches if unused. The lifetime discount applies while the service exists and your account is active.

6. What we do not promise

Tempora is software and document management with partner-firm review; it is not legal advice and no service guarantees a specific legal or judicial outcome. Insurance, when offered, will be mediated by an authorised brokerage and issued by authorised insurers.

7. Governing law and complaints

[To be defined with the firm: governing law, dispute resolution, EU ODR platform.]
