1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the Tempora service, in a closed paid pilot, provided by [LEGAL NAME] to professionals (B2B).

2. What we do and do not

We prepare and archive seasonal-contract documentation and offer tenant verification. We give no legal advice and guarantee no legal outcome. Insurance is offered through a partner brokerage; the policy is issued by the insurer.

3. Founding Member (pre-sale)

The Founding Member reservation is a prepayment of services, not an investment. You can request a full refund at any time before your area launches and also have a 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumer law). See the Founding Member terms.

4. Beta

The service is in development: it may change, be interrupted or contain errors. It is provided "as is" during the beta.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

7. Data protection

For customers we sign a data-processing agreement. See DPA [PENDING].

8. Governing law

Spanish law. [JURISDICTION — to complete after incorporation].
